Privacy Policy

1 Information we collect

NaqiVerse works locally on your device first. We collect personal information only when you sign in and use the connected features: the leaderboard, friends, challenges, and cloud save.

Account & profile

• Account identifier. A unique ID for your account, plus the details needed to sign you in. For example, your email address, or the identifier provided by Apple or Google if you use one of those sign-in options.
• Username & display name. The names you choose to represent you to other players.
• Avatar. A built-in emoji and colour you pick. We do not collect or upload photographs.

Gameplay

• Scores, stats & progress. Best scores, levels and XP, achievements, in-game Naqoins, unlocked themes, and saved game states, so you can pick up where you left off.

Social features

• Friends & friend codes. Connections you create and the codes used to add friends.
• Challenges & leaderboard entries. The matches you start and the scores you choose to publish.
• Reports you submit. If you report another player, we store the report so we can review it for safety.

Technical & operational

To run the app and its backend reliably and securely, our service provider processes standard technical information such as basic device and connection data and service logs. This keeps the service working and protected. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

2 How we use your information

• Run the games. Provide the app, your account, and saved progress across your devices.
• Power social features. Show the leaderboard, let you add friends, and run challenges.
• Keep things safe. Review reports, support blocking, and act on abuse or rule-breaking.
• Help you. Respond when you contact support.
• Improve NaqiVerse. Understand which features work so we can make the games better, never selling your data to do it.

3 What we never do

Some things are worth stating plainly. As long as NaqiVerse is the app you downloaded, it never:

Today, NaqiVerse is also free to play, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and our App Store privacy details before the change ships.

4 Where your data lives & who processes it

On your device. Your progress is saved locally so the games work offline. If you don't sign in, this data simply stays on your device.

Google Firebase. When you sign in, we use Google's Firebase platform to handle sign-in, store your account and published scores, and sync your saved progress. Firebase acts as our service provider and processes this data on Google's secure servers on our behalf. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own as part of Google's global infrastructure.

5 Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• With other players. Only what you choose to make public, such as your username, avatar, and any score you publish to the leaderboard or in a challenge.
• With our service provider. Google Firebase, strictly to run the features above.
• For safety and legal reasons. If reasonably necessary to enforce our rules, protect players, or comply with a valid legal request.

6 Your choices & rights

You stay in control of your information:

• Access and edit. View and update your username, display name, and avatar in your profile anytime.
• Block. Block another player so they can no longer interact with you.
• Delete. Remove your account and its data directly in the app, as described below.

Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR or CCPA, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email eyesxpert@gmail.com.

7 Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside NaqiVerse. Open Profile → Settings and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your account, profile, saved progress, and leaderboard entries.

Prefer us to do it for you? Email eyesxpert@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, and we will take care of it.

8 Children's privacy

NaqiVerse is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9 Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our backend. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to address issues quickly.

10 Changes to this policy & how to reach us

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use NaqiVerse after an update means you accept the revised policy.
